Information you provide
The project inquiry form collects your name, organization, email, project location, service interest, and project description. Phone number and timeline are optional. A submission reference and timestamp are stored with the inquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate your request, communicate about your project, and coordinate appropriate follow-up. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, health records, controlled government information, or other sensitive documents.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in a database hosted through the Sites platform on Cloudflare infrastructure. They are not displayed publicly. Access is limited to authorized site administrators through hosting administration tools. Hosting providers process information to operate and protect the website.
Security and abuse prevention
The form validates submitted data and uses an automated spam check. For submission rate limits, a one-way hash of the submitting network address and date may be stored. This hash is not used for advertising. Hosting infrastructure may maintain operational and security logs.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained as needed to manage your inquiry and related project discussions, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Chris Tomalewski at 317-752-6915. Requests are reviewed after verifying the requester’s identity.
